Keith Pattinson can sell your house totally free thought our network of auctions across the UK. Most auction companies charge you a fee to enter and then a percentage of the final sales price, we do not.
We offer buyers premium auctions, which mean we charge the buyer a fee so you receive 100% of the sale price.

Security
In today's market many houses sold though private treaty fall though as people can not obtain finance or their circumstances change. At a Pattinson Auction we collect a 5% reservation fee (buyers premium), which is non refundable and ties the buyer to you. Our fall though rate is less than 1%.
Speed
We undertake auctions in locations across the UK on a regular basis and the fact we hold physical auctions motivates buyers to view and offer as there is a perceived end date at which the property will sell. Once we agree a sale the buyer has 28 Days to exchange contracts and a further 28 days to complete on a conditional format auction or exchange of on the fall of the hammer and 28 days to complete on a unconditional format auction.
Accelerated Marketing
Pattinson uses accelerated marketing programmes including web marketing, radio campaigns, email campaigns, press advertising and promotion of your property though our network of 385 partner agent offices across the UK.
